Kirsi Mähönen – Musical Life Foundation Secretary

Kirsi Mähönen was born and raised in Finland, Europe, and currently lives with her family in Westchester, NY. She holds a deep love and admiration for music and arts, and is honored and excited to be part of the team for Musical Life Foundation.

Kirsi’s educational background includes a Masters degree in Economics from Helsinki School of Economics, Finland, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rennes, France.

She has previous career in recruiting, executive search, HR consulting, and IT research in two world class consulting companies. During the past years she has followed her husband’s career from Helsinki to the San Francisco Bay Area, to Austin, Tx, to New York, while raising her young children. Currently she works at the Finnish School of New York, and in Professional Organizing.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, meeting friends, the cultural life of the New York area, traveling, various sports, and hosting friends visiting from all around the world.
